Besides, A Co-Chief of the Koasek (Cowasuck) Abenaki Nation Citizen,  Paul has Huron, Micmac, Algonquin and Metis Roots along with Acadian and Quebec French, Loyalist and Colonial Bloodlines. Along with his Brave Potato Famine Irish of 1848 and his Italian grandmother who stood up against Mussolini after fleeing Italy entering through Ellis Island with her family.

 After holding over 50 memberships, including office and board positions in years past, Paul scaled down after his illness and now is associated besides with the above organizations, he holds lifetime honors in several of them to keep in touch by supporting their programs. He attends between 3 and 8 genealogy related conferences per years and tries to continue publishing his works each year.
